Wes Marti is a third generation Charolais
breeder, producing both Purebred and Full French Charolais. A
graduate of the Texas Christian University Ranch Management School,
Wes and his father, George Marti, have developed a progressive
breeding program raising the cattle that are productive, problem
free and predictable. George imported some of the first Charolais
bulls from France and still imports new Full French semen to
maintain the quality and consistency in the Full French herd. |

| The Charolais breed was one of the first Continental
breeds to appear in the United States. Its influence on the U.S.
cattle industry has resulted in higher net returns for the commercial
breeder because of the uniformity and muscling ability of Charolais-sired
offspring. In addition, Charolais-sired claves' performance traits have
created a strong demand by the feeding and packing industries. |
